Stop the noise

In my collection Unheard frequencies I explore the apathy and personal disconnection that many of us experience as a response to the all-consuming media and societal expectations, that demands so much from us constantly. 

In this piece, the calm but heavy expression on the figure's face gives the artwork a reflective feeling. The intense background around her with the word “noise” repeats endlessly, compressing her with its weight. A piece that not only draws attention, but stays interesting over time.
