Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 2 weeks from order. Estimated delivery times are:

  • International: 2–4 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

Right of Complaint

You have 2 years right to complain. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you have the right to file a complaint after receiving your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will assess the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refund and Return Process

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after the day the customer receives the goods.

  • Please note, as a independent small-business, our return and refund policies are limited. However, we work hard to offer you the best possible service. 

    Of course, if the product that you receive is damaged or defective, we will work to find a solution as soon as possible and/or offer you a refund.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
