Thank you for supporting my work as an independent artist. Please read the shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are packed and shipped personally. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped using standard postal services available. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic orders: 5-10 business days
- International orders: 10-15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond my control.
Tracking
Tracking may not be available for all shipments. If tracking is included, you will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
