Refund and Return Process

  • Please note, as a independent small-business, our return and refund policies are limited. However, we work hard to offer you the best possible service. 

    Of course, if the product that you receive is damaged or defective, we will work to find a solution as soon as possible and/or offer you a refund.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, contact me at dianaortunomartinez@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

    Once a valid withdrawal is received, we will refund your payment within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction
