Leaning on the darkness

Sometimes, when I am with a group of people, I feel easily overwhelmed. Sometimes it's simply too much. And it's difficult for people to understand that I can feel like that even with my own friends and family. I painted Leaning on the darkness to remind me that I can go out, take a deep breath, and if I am lucky, look at the stars or get the fresh breeze of the night in my face. Maybe taking a short walk. Leaning on the darkness means that I have a friend in the simple nature of the night, and nature can always calm my mind.  

This original painting on canvas is part of my collection Tropical Reflections. It is size 50x60 cm, and it is NOT framed. The borders of the canvas are carefully painted and create a beautiful effect on the wall as it is. If you want your painting framed as in the pictures, contact me and I'll arrange it.
