Descent to green

This artwork is available for purchase through auction as part of the project Kunst der Hjælper ('Art that Helps'), which raises funds for donation to Doctors Without Borders in Denmark. It will be available at the art fair Kunst For Alle 2026 from October 2nd to 4th at Lokomotivværkstedet, Copenhagen.

'Descent to green is a deeply personal painting and maybe my favorite to the date. The idea came from a moment of deep psychological pain, and it carries comparison to others, feelings of betrayal and jealousy, therefore the green (as for jealousy being named the green monster). Strong emotions can lead us into very dark places. But I believe these moments deserve to be honored as well, as a way to remind ourselves that we are learning, developing and, more important, becoming more resilient'.

Descent to green is an original painting on canvas, size 60x80 cm, and it is framed in a beautiful, floating wooden frame in natural oak.
